The theme of this TEDx event is “Perceiving Past the Paradigm,” where we will explore the implications of current thought and ways of doing things.

We aim to challenge current mainstream boundaries, beliefs, practices and actions. We will expand thought and conversation to inspire doing and seeing things differently and how thinking against the grain leads to unlikely, favourable outcomes.

The 2011 conference envision 2020 aimed to explore societal trajectory. Where are we headed with business-as-usual; what are the emerging trends that will change the status quo; and most importantly, how can we reach the year 2020 smarter by embracing better ways of getting things done?

More Than Meets the Eye

 The 2010 conference More Than Meets the Eye, we focused on the everyday phenomena we take for granted and uncovered the inner workings that go on behind the scenes to make it all happen. Behind the scenes of music, youth empowerment, economic crises, altruism and literature were amongst the common ideas shared.
